Rental Conditions

Customers making reservations via our website or call center are deemed to have accepted the general terms and conditions.

You can pay the transfer fee to our driver in the currency you have chosen either by bank transfer, EFT, cash upon arrival, or credit card.

We undertake to provide the transfer service at the prices stated on your reservation form.

We reserve the right to change the prices on our website.

The purchase of the service through our website becomes definite upon receipt of the confirmation email sent by our company.

We do not accept responsibility for emails not being delivered, delayed, or delivered incompletely due to internet-related issues. In such a case, please contact us by phone.

Any changes to the transfer time, location, or flight schedules must be communicated to us via email or phone.

No extra fee will be charged for delayed flight landings, regardless of the duration.

If pets are to be transported, they must be carried in cages.

You must be at the airport 1 hour before domestic flights and 2 hours before international flights.

By law, smoking, tobacco, and alcohol consumption are not allowed in our vehicles.

Baby seats will not be available in our vehicles if not specified during reservation. (1 baby seat will be provided free of charge.)

In accordance with laws and company policy, child or baby seats in the vehicle must be fastened by our guests. Otherwise, no liability will be accepted. Our drivers will provide you with verbal technical support.

Vehicle selection must be made according to the number of passengers. Passengers exceeding the capacity of the selected vehicle will not be transported according to transportation laws. The total number of children or babies must be included in the passenger count. Insurance policies for our vehicles are made according to vehicle capacity.

If our selected vehicle cannot come for any reason, a vehicle in the same category or a higher category may be provided to you.

Your information must be filled in completely and accurately on the reservation form.

Please ensure that your mobile phone number and email address are entered correctly and completely. Otherwise, our company cannot be held responsible for any issues encountered.

Our transfer prices are valid per vehicle, not per person.

Please check that the number of your luggage is complete and accurate when loading your luggage into our vehicles. Our staff will always assist you in carrying your luggage. Baggage exceeding the capacity specified on our website will not be accepted into the vehicles.

Wheelchairs, bicycles, electric bicycles, surfboards, ski sets, and golf bags that are not reported during the reservation will not be accepted into the vehicles.

At airports, you will be met at the exit gate by our welcome officer or driver with a sign indicating the name specified in your reservation.

The prices stated on our website include vehicle, driver, fuel, parking, and toll fees.
